Dermatology is searched, so video has to teach

People type their skin worries into Google and YouTube before they book: acne, rosacea, pigmentation, a mole that changed. A short film from the dermatologist answering one of those questions does two jobs. It gets found, and it shows the person behind the practice, which is what a patient is really choosing.

Dermatology videos we make

  • Patient education explainers, 60 to 90 seconds each: acne, eczema, rosacea, sunscreen, skin checks, what to expect at a first visit.
  • Doctor introduction film for your homepage and Google profile.
  • Treatment films for laser, peels, microneedling and injectables, lit like a beauty campaign.
  • Dermatology commercial, 30 seconds, for paid social and YouTube.
  • A month of vertical edits for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts from a single content day, $800 per edit.

Medical, so we build in the care

Patients and clients who appear on camera sign a written authorization before filming. Before-and-after footage uses real, consenting people, is never retouched, and is labeled honestly. Your compliance contact approves the cut before it posts. We are not lawyers: your own counsel has the final say on what is allowed in your state.

The closest work

Alexander was the cinematographer on the Saelo films, shot for a skincare brand with its own treatment practice. He also shot beauty work for Dior and Maybelline, and he operates the camera himself on small sets, so the room stays quiet and your patients stay comfortable.

Questions

How much does dermatology video cost?

A Social Spot is $7,500 for a half-day shoot with a 30-second spot, shorter cutdowns and every aspect ratio. Content Edits are $800 each after a content shoot, which is priced separately. A Brand Film starts at $30,000 per shoot day.

Can the videos teach without making medical claims?

Yes. The script is written with you. We keep to what your practice is comfortable saying, and your compliance contact approves the cut before it posts.

How many videos can we shoot in one day?

A content day usually yields a month or more of short explainers, because each one is a single question answered on camera.
